after my hair bath , my hair bercomes straight . but after sometime my hair becomes very very curly.

Say you had medium toned skin with little noticable bumps on your face, you havea problem with getting tanned to easily
and you have a choice between 2 creams, one with makes your skin darker, but helps heal the bumps,

Last time,i got acne problem when i am 17 years old.And then i used Retin A cream.After that pimples go off.My face so clear without any marks.But after i am 21 yeras old the problem come again.I still using Retin A cream but it does not work.I got very bad acne scars now.Should i use any moisturizing cream when i am out in the morning?I am at the hot country and always travelling by motobike.I dont have enuf money to go to dermatologist.Please suggest me something.Thank You.
