Peeling and then moisturiser. If you can afford it, you can visit a spa and get a full treatment with pealing, masks, etc. It is very enjoyable

Regardless of whether it's the skin on your body or face, exfoliation and moisturizing are the keys to making it glow. I would also add self-tanner to the mix. It does wonders for me, people compliment me on my skin all the time telling me it's as good as Jennifer Lopez's.
Wash your face every morning and night using a good cleanser, preferably one formulated to provide exfoliation. Look for something with alpha-hydroxy or glycolic acid. Neo-Strata with 4% glycolic acid is a good one because it's not too harsh. I also like Spectro-Jel, a mild dermatologist-recommended cleanser. You may use a clean facecloth gently in circular motions when you wash your face but do nut rub hard and do not rub near the eye area, the skin there is very delicate. Pat your face dry and then apply a good moisturizer, again with an exfoliation factor to it. I love Biotherm Line-Peel and also the Neo-Strata daily cream with 8% glycolic acid. You might want to have a facial to jump start the process though, if your skin is really dull.
For your body, use a loofah with your body wash every time you shower, focus especially on the areas around your ankles, knees, elbows and anywhere else where the skin is rough. Dry off and then use a body moisturizer and this is where you can kill two birds with one stone using the moisturizer with gradual tanning. They really do work, just use daily after each shower. And the brands I really like are Aveeno and L'Oreal. Let them dry and get dressed. But they really are foolproof, no streaking, no worries about putting too much in one spot because they are gradual and build up. Just wash your hands after.
Do this and you'll glow. Good luck.

I think that the most important thing is to moisturise daily after having a shower / bath. The best tip I have ever had was to cover yourself in baby oil when you get out of the shower and your skin is still completely wet. This allows it to soak in and does make for baby soft skin - I would recommend the gel-oil type as it is less messy.
Also, it is a good idea to use an exfolient in the shower every so often, this gets rid of the dead skin, and gives it a "healthy glow"
Drinking plenty of water is also a good idea as it clears toxins out of the body.

First of all, start in the shower...buy one of those nice yummy smelling body scrubs, and some good shower gel...these exfoliate your skin and keep it fresh and healthy. Then after you shower, always apply some kind of nice rich lotion all over. I have lotion all over the place, so I can reapply whenever I feel the need, lol...I'm a self-confessed lotion junkie. Try one of those with firming or brightening ingredients in them; or use a rich thick body butter type. I use a few different ones depending on what my body seems to want. Also I know my skin looks better when I drink plenty of fluids and exercise.

theres a few things you have to do to maintain bright smooth skin. firstly, drinkin about 1,1/2 to 2 liters of water daily will help clear your skin from the inside out. if you dont drink it now, you may find when you start, you mite get some spots/blemishes, this is just the badness comin to the surface then clearing.. when you pass this stage it will be all good. try to exfoilate twice a week at the start for about 2 weeks then just once a week and allways moisturise after and especially after showering/bathing. for your face you could use a daily exfoilating facial scrub, helps remove dead skin cells helping your skin regenerate. also, always wear sunfacter especaily in winter. helps stop skin from ageing. good luck with it!

Make sure you regularly exfoliate. I use an apricot scrub by St. Ives. It is very effective and very inexpensive. Then make sure you moisturize after getting out of the shower. If your skin is problematic, be sure to use an oil- free moisturizer, but do use one. Also, use a self tanner rather than tanning in the sun or in a booth. Tanning is horrible for your skin, even if you tan easily.
