As soon as it is summertime in your country it is ok to wear heeled sandals, it would be so cute :) When it comes to the matching top you should wear a light shades of purple!

If I were you I would wear a coral colored top Cause I have hazel eyes too and thats what I do. The white shoes are fine but something that matches the top might be ur best bet hun.

I have hazel eyes too and I wear blue to make them bluer or green to make them green (tops). White sandies will be awesome!! with the white mini!!
Try a green or blue top....depends on mood or what you want your eyes to project!

Black and white look great together, so I'd go with black (maybe a black tank top with some time of decoration (like rhinestones). As far as the footwear, white heeled sandals would look great. Try to offset it with a belt (black or silver) and jewelry to match!
