youre not supposed to, all doctors strongly advise against it.
I always have, but it screwed with my eyes. even with goggles on. If i could do it again i would take them out ever time and use good goggles.

I thought they worked like magnifying glass and caused your eyeballs to swell up like golf balls. But, I could be wrong. ;-D

well i have contacs and i have never tried it but i would take them out for sure depending on what kind they are actually id take em out any way
