Can you not go to your doctor?

I use Nivea cream

But it sounds like you need to wash your fash,. with that motorcycle riding it's taking a battering on your face. Wash and moisterise as often as possible. Minimum twice a day

Yes the motorcycle riding may not be helping you, especially if you have a helmet on most of the time. This will make you sweat and that will hold dirt and grime on you face causing irritation and spots.

Try to carry some wet wipes in your bag with you when you are out for long periods and re-fresh your skin with a wipe.

In the morning wash your face as normal and put plenty of moisturiser on to stop your face feeling tight. Re-fresh your face as often as you like minimum 3 times and then wash your face as normal before bed and re-apply moisturiser.

Tips: Use some boiling water in a bowl and rest you face above it to let the steam hit you face, cover your head with a towel for best results. This opens your pores and allows a deeper clean, wash your face and then rinse with COLD water. This will close your pores and tone your skin, Apply light moisturiser to not feel like your face is tight. Do this 2 times a week and your skin will clear up.

Use a moisturizer and sunscreen. When you can afford it, get microdermabrasion it should help the scarring.
