its ok to tell her once or twice every now and then but then shes going to think your reallly annoying and lame and shes going to think you never had a girlfriend and thats why you keep telling her you like her alot.

No! Don't do that! If she likes you back, it might work, but you don't know if she does, so that will just make the rest of the phone call really awkward or will make her say she has to go and just hang up on you. Do it in an e-mail or in a note so she has time to think about it and not feel awkward like you're sitting there waiting for an answer right then and there. But don't be too specific, if you don't know how she feels, just kinda lightly run across the idea, like talk about school then throw in "you know, I think you're really cool, would you like to hang out someday? just the two of us?" She'll get what you're insinuating without getting too nervous about it. But if you start out with how you love her and her laugh makes the world go round and everything like that, she's might get weirded out if she doesn't feel the same way.

The first time - no. I think words may pass not more than 1 percent of information in such situations. In case you do not want to be a kind of electronic game for her. One thing is whether she will believe you. But, think, you also will hear an answer via phone. Will you feel well not seeing her?

Straightforward, face to face for best results... Either that confession will be the begining of a marvelous relationship, which should be developed slowly, or it will get you a response that will definitely keep you from wasting time...
Go to her house, or any space where she would not feel threatened, and her response will be more natural and probably more direct...

awww sometimes but its better to be told in person cuz then she will blush that what happed with me and my bf and we just held hands and just hung out at the bottom of my hill so in person most deff.
