I am fairly new to the whole photography/photoshop thing. and very self conscious about it this is a picture of my brother. I took the picture and photoshopped it. I was stopped by 'security' taking photos of the London eye and in Trafalger Square. The claim 1. That I am profesinal ( I am not) and 2. that it is a security problem. How is it then that when an insident occors the police make a request for any photos taken in the area as this could help. The police are not a problem it is these 'jobswoth security' people. What to do about them?

I would love to colorize some of my photographs (meaning turning them from a colored picture into a black and white but some items (say a shirt) are colored)
How can I do this and what software works best? Right now I have Jasc Paint Shop Pro. But I'm not sure if it's possible to do with that program....

I take photos of buildings, statues etc in London. Some of them take a great deal of effort to do, like all of Charing Cross station nothern line took weeks to build up the complete image. Who do I try to sell photos too? What is the position of copyright for a statue or artwork? I don't mind doing work for a client with no obligation to buy if they don't want to.
