which one has the better service in terms of print quality?
anybody has experience with them?
I am trying to get print from my digital camera and the print
quality is important.

I've not seen much difference between either of them.

used Costco , never target.
Been happy with Costco.

Target photo is my favorite! They have good prices, nice new Kodak equipment, and high quality prints...

Go to costco. They are awesome .
the quallity of the print is amazing. i love costco.

I prefer yahoo photos. The quality is wonderful, I don't have to leave my house, and you can order larger sizes.
