I'm looking for albums to store my family pictures. These should be nice, acid-free, bound albums. I would like something that has bidirectional photos, but a variety of different layouts and pages.

There have been many controversaries about this topic. Many believe the concept "beauty {or art} is in the eye of the beholder" but others believe that "porn is porn is porn, no questions asked."
Is their a line that exists between displaying sexual passion and the beauty of the nude? (Food for thought)

Just got Adobe Photoshop 4.0. When I go to "My Pictures" in my computer & click on any photo, it starts up photoshop......I hate that!

I just want to look through a folder in "My Pictures" & click through the photos quickly. I don't want photoshop poping up every d*mn time because then I have to open each picture separately through photoshop to view it. In case it matters, I bought it as a download from Adobe, not a download from Limewire etc. I have Photoshop 2.0 & it didn't happen with that.

Is there an option in photoshop 4.0 to turn off & if so what are the steps?

Much thanks --- Badass Art Girl

I am interested in photographing equipment in children's playgrounds as they have interesting designs. I would chose at time when few or no children are present. EG School time and a cold or wet day which should keep other children indoors.
The problem is an old man in a dirty raincoat with a camera in these locations may get unwelcome attention!

It was given to me by an old vet after I wouldn’t accept any money for helping him. I didn’t want to hurt his feelings so I accepted the camera. I have it now so I just as well learn how to use one of these antique creatures.

The thing is I know little about SLRs. I’ve always used aim and shoot type cameras.

I can deal with the manual focus but what about some kind of light meter? Is the little letters EE on the lens for auto focus? What if your using the standard 200 film speed but the dial on top goes from 125 to 250? Which setting do you use?

Is the camera too old to be worth learning how to use? I’m pretty sure the monster telephoto lens he gave me as an extra lens is worth keeping, isn’t it? That puppy is 12" inches long. It’s a Vivitar with the numbers 1:5.5 and f = 400mm on it. If I keep these lens are they compatible with newer cameras?

Thank you for your help.

He lives about 50 miles north of Detroit. He is going to craft shows and small town festivals but it seems to be the wrong type of exposure. His work is awesome. His photos come from all over the US and Canada. Some have poems or verses from the Bible.
Or you can have just the photograph. They are in frames and priced VERY reasonable. Are there any businesses out there that might sell his work on consignment or something? I'd like to help, but this is out of my league.
