Either use a polarising filter, or, as someone has already suggested, get closer to the glass.

1. Keep the camera still.
2. Put the camera right up next to the glass as close as possible. I have taken photos through glass in aeroplanes cars and buses they always worked great.
3. It could mean it is time for a new camera, I have a Nikon digtal 3.2 mp its a few years old now, but the picture quality is great.

get a camera with manual focus
get up close to the glass
check the manual and see if there is a way to change the focus setting.
clean the glass before taking a picture.

insted of using the old kodak shift to canon power shot which gives u a clear ang high resolution pics and ask choise near a photographer for a better suggestion
