Hi,
I will be on vacation in Florida next week, and I figure I'll be taking tons of photos, and a few videos, with my digital camera. Does anyone know where/how I could upload my pics to either KodakGallery.com, or snapfish, etc.
Thanks!

Addressing the traditional photographers, have you noticed, over this last couple of years, how that when you take a film for developing, there can be: (a) a "cast" over all the photographs,
(b) the colours are not "true" - example a blue sky can look turquoise, (c) the photograph has a 'flat appearance' (d) people can look like cardboard cutouts.

Can anyone recommend a film developer(s) which gives the authenticity of the traditionally developed photographs? I think UK film photographers generally should accumulate names of good film developing companies for passing on to others.

I was given a camera that has a "70-300mm 1:4-5.6 macro" lens. I am trying to determine what this lens is best used for. What are it's characteristics?

It is a Canon Sure Shot Zoom Max. It is really old, not even digital. The words "Canon zoom lens 38-76mm 1:3.8-7.2" are written on the front. I don't know what this means, but I think it will help.

being a beginning photographer, I take pictures then edit some of it a bit. Maybe the contrast, coloring, sharping it. I think started to think that if maybe if I continued to editing it, will I be a good photographer later on?

So, I was just wondering if editing pictures was a good thing.

Thanks.

Do i need to know about lighting? light meters? how to work a lot of equipment? digital processing?

I am in contact with a gallery who might be interested in showing my work on consignment.

However, they want me to submit photos with prices and I have no idea how to charge or what to charge? I dont want it to be too cheap or I wont make money, but if it is too expensive no one will be interested. HELP!! How do I decide what the right price is?

I have an Olympus camera from like 1998-2002 apparently. And. I took some pictures. And for some reason, it won't let me get the images off the card. I put it in the USB, and it says there's no removalbe media. I already installed the CD. Is there something else I need to do?
