I volunteer with an animal rescue group and I am often taking photos of dogs. I must use my flash for these photos otherwise the photos come out burry. However, more times then not, the photos leave the dogs with crazy looking red or green eye spots. Any tips on how to avoid them?

What lense would be a good one to use for this camera? I want to use it professionally like for weddings, senior pictures and for fun. I want to be able to take really close up shots (like bugs or flowers close up, and portraits) as well as far away shots (group pictures or scenery) What would be a good lense for this camera? Would I need to buy one or two lenses? I'd rather buy just one so I don't have to change it.

There are two different prices in there:

Adobe Photoshop CS2 is $590.00

Adobe Photoshop CS2 Upgrade from Photoshop (Any version) is $150.00

What are the differences between these two products?
Thanks.

What is the best software for HDRI? By best I mean fastest, easiest or most automated. I know Photoshop is good but anything better, cooler, newer? I've heard that MS has some recent developments and some of their technology is used in their DI 3.0 and Expression software. Has anyone used it?

I took a photography class before when i was in 9th grade wherein one of our projects was to take two rolls of 36-shots films and take pictures of a certain landscape or scenery using all the shots, with different angles. She even asked us to tilt the camera upside down! And then after we developed the pictures, we were suppose to form the image using all the pictures we took. what do you call this trick?

I took a picture of a dark brown signpost. It's one of those new touristy signposts. Behind it is a field. The sky was partially overcast.

The sky was overexposed and the signpost is very dark. I tried gamma correction but the whole picture becomes either too bright or too dark. I tried to reduce the contract, which helps bring out details in the clouds, but the picture has a greyish tint. Changing brightness levels does the same.

Is there any way I can improve the picture? I am using freeware image manipulation software (IrfanView and Serif PhotoPlus 6).

Thanks.
