Yes if you put a color material in it, however color renditions wont be as you expect, so experiment.

I don't know much about this, but I don't believe pinhole cameras are hi-tech enough to do color photos.

picasa is a Google's photo software. It's what should've come with your camera.
it can upload/download your camera to your PC.
It can Edit , organise and Share you picture and small video clips.
It's very easy to use and is free, just like Google

I hope it's not too obvious to add that you'll have to use sheet film, not roll film. Estimate your f stop to be 32, so the answer about using 400 ISO film is a good one.

yes you can you need at minimum 400 asa film and good lighting or flash,so you don't have to expose to long. or the color emulsion will break down, aka. reciprocity failure.
