Try http://www.zoetrope.com

I have been using it for years. It's run by Francis Coppola and is top notch as far a professionalism, content, etc. It's 100% free too. I don't think I have ever seen a nude photo on the site, but it's not outside the realm of possibility.

You have to critique others' photos in exchange for the right to upload your own.

You might not see the photo section on the home page, but when you join you choose what sections you want to join.

it costs a little money to be a full-fledged member and sumit your photos into the contests, but www.dpchallenge.com is a GREAT site.
if you register for this forum, you can browse the threads, where people share their tips, post their photos for critique, or just share their photography. people ask questions about photography techniques and other things. it's a really cool network of photographers who are willing to help eachother.
also, you get a weekly newsletter in your email with links to all the weekly photo contest winners. the photos attached will almost always have a description of how that person took the photo, or how he/she edited it to perfection using photoshop. there's so much to look at, and so many amazing photos to admire, i'm very sure you will like it.
