I just purchased a digital thermometer for a darkroom photography class and I need to know if it is accurate before I begin mixing chemicals. There is no hex nut to adjust like a dial thermometer.

I just bought a TWIN LENS REFLEX camera for $150. It was kinda a impluse buy. Its something that I have wanted but I dont really need. I am a photo student but i have moved into digital. So what does everyone think keep it or return it?

It's a picture taken by a good friend of mine a few days ago. yes that's me on the picture(but that's beside the point). I just can't get over how good it is, so now I would like to hear some other opinions. Do you think he's a great photograper and why. Check my 360 page to see more pictures of him.

You can click either of them to see some pictures. Theyre mostly the same, but the freewebs has more flower photos and the flickr has a few different photos that arent flowers.

I have a film Canon EOS300, with a couple of lenses. Is it possible to use these lenses if I upgrade to a Canon DSLR?
Also, do any other DSLRs take lenses from older film cameras?

I found I had a daguerrotype in the original wrapping. There are so many fingerprints on it it makes it impossible to recognize the face of the man on it.

Can a person clean a daguerrotype without ruining it?
