Check with your local camera store. They should be able to make 3 x 5s or wallet sizes. If you don't have a local camera store, go online and search for photography labs that will deal with the public. They should offer their services with either uploads or mailing in your film/negatives.

You can get reprints smaller than 4 x 6 at your local Wal-mart store. Standard size is 3 x 5
