The best way for the glamor effect is to duplicate the layer your photo is on. Then set the mode to multiply and perform a gausian blur on the multiplied level at whatever level smooths the picture a lot. Then play with the opacity of that layer to give the photo a glowing smooth look.

try the combination of blur effect and render light effect with layering. try between the omni and the flood light, no additional cost since these effects already embedded in photoshop, just some time to try and experiment how to get the best effect

Gaussian blur on selected areas. And an unsharp mask on the rest of the image. Use variations to change the colour balance and saturate more
