Sometimes a smile just doesn't seem fitting. Will people look back a hundred years from now and wonder why everyone was smiling? Hardly anyone was smiling in old photos, but perhaps that simply reflects challenging lifestyles. What does all this smiling and saying 'cheese' say about us?

I have all my pictures I take on my Myspace right now, but so far, all I've been able to do is this..

www.myspace.com/blinxpix

And I don't think that will really work, is there some way I can disable the right click button without using Java maybe? Or is there some other way to insure my pictures are not stolen? Please help.

I enjoy making things such as perfumes (the old-fashioned way), and I love photography. Hopefully, I can start to sell these online. However, I need to know if there are any restrictions or certifications I need in order to do so.

I have a photography project due today @ 11 AM and the teacher is running the lab from 9-11 making it virtually impossible to process in there. Is there a photo place with a darkroom I can use...on Saturday...in the morning. I live near in Southern California, by the 405 freeway and Fairview; or the Orange County Fairgrounds; or John Wayne Airport, whichever helps the most

I've researched it on the net about the painter and some about his work. I want to know if an original copy, #32 out of 950 of the painting is valuable. Can anyone help me. Serious inquiries only please.

I just purchased an Olympus E 500. I really enjoy it. But when I take pictures in dark areas the flash goes off a couple times to ajust the lens (I dont know what this is called). Is there any way I can turn that off?

I think that the traditional concept of "TFP" or "Time for Print" is outdated, since almost all photographer shoot digital. The newer standard of "TFCD" which is "Time for CD", is completely unfair to the model.

Nowadays, CDs cost around $1 each and $1 to send. It takes 30 minutes on a slow machine to burn a few hundred jpegs. You can do it from home. You can do it at the shoot, from your laptop, while you are taking down the equippment.

Modeling for prints is fair because the photographer has to go thru time and expense to get the film developed and prints made. This was not a cheap process, for 5 prints or however many the model's time was deemed worth.

THE PHOTOGRAPHER WAS PAYING THE MODEL WITH EQUAL BARTER!

How come photographers and guys with cameras seem to be still operating under the old principles with the new media?

I am curious to hear other opinions and comments on this...

I want to do a photo shoot in the next 1-2 months that requires enough snow to make a snowman. It is amateur work so I can't afford big budget studio snow making stuff.
