Ofoto, the Kodak site, has given me pretty good results. If you are in a hurry you can even ppick 4x6 prints up at the nearest CVS store. If you have enlargements you have to have them shipped and there is a charge for rapid shipping.

sxc.hu has, bar none, among the most artistic and commercially finished looking photo work on the free web. It is technically called a free stock site, but for whatever photo need you have, it's a superb site. Big files, guaranteeing good printouts, too.

myphotoalbum.com is pretty good. I've never ordered them off there myself, but friends who have ordered my pictures said they came out good. If you crop your pictures before posting, be careful as they may come out to croped when you go to get them printed.

I've also used Yahoo Photos and I've had people tell me they came out with a red tint to the pictures they ordered. : )
