I work with big oil paintings that incorporate collage elements. The collage is fabric (old clothing) that I cut up and glue to the canvas with a paste called Yes Paste. I mix my oil paint with cold wax medium to make it thicker and more matte. My paintings are pretty heavily impastoed. One of my professors said he was worried about the fabric spontaneously combusting. Is there anything I can do to prevent this while keeping the collage intact?

Is this painting suppose to reflect agnosticism from a religious beliefs standpoint?
Agnostic means one who feels the knowledge to prove or disprove god is non-exsistent or unattainable.
What are your thoughts?

I have acrylic paintings on block canvas that i need to transport via airfreight, how do i go about this ? I am worried about untacking the canvas and rolling them as i'm not sure that acrylic paint can withstand the stress of being rolled and unrolled without some damage or cracking. Will it help if i varnish them first? and with what? is spray laquer a good option?

If for example, someone wanted me to paint Mickey Mouse on their kids bedroom wall, is it legal to be paid for that??? I am not "selling" the characters image to the public. I know you can if it is for personal use with no intention to sell it, wouldn't I be selling my painting skills since it isn't to the "public"?

I was assigned an art project of something that i saw or experienced that inpacted me while I was in Spain. I decided to paint a flamenco dancer and a bull. I enjoyed painting it but i dont know if its any good. This is my first time drawing and attempting to paint and was wondering if i have any talent before i go and buy all the art stuff.

Bull: this was my practice before going on canvas with the dancer since ive never painted before
