Yes, I find it real interesting I like big bold parterns. http://www.tate.org.uk/modern/ Go on this if you like art, I love tate modern! I had a rubber from there once and someone wrote WHATEVER over it, ofcourse I wasn't very happy but they thought it was Caterine Tate. Oh well. I can get another one next time. Good luck on what ever you were trying to achieve or if you just wanted to see if anyone likes Modern art, I DO. Hope his helps!!!!

I truly believe a lot of it is a load of 'Jackson Pollocks'.
Remember the Emperor's new Clothes story. Some of the stuff you see today is a con trick, it has to be.
Just because some 'critics' thinks it's wonderful, doesn't mean it's not a load of tripe.
Take a look at something like Turner to see something unconventional, (for it's day), yet accessible and a long term treasure.

i dont like modern art...i LOVE modern art. so much more better than more tradition art such as renaissance/baroque. im a graduate student studying modern art infact! but its hard to find a art history department with modern art faculty members because everyone is stuck on more traditional art such as renaissance and baroque.

Yes - I love bold patterns, big psychedelic ones. I hate unmade beds, used condoms etc - stuff that anyone can do and have the cheek to call art.

i'm undecided. i think some of it is ridiculous and i don't know how it can even be classed as art.
