Both Liquitex and Golden make such paints. If there is a Dick Blick (they're national) Art Store near you they'll have both brands of paint. If not, just call the local art stores around you and ask them if they carry either Golden or Liquitex.

If these don't carry the interference mediums you can buy them on-line from Blick and have them shipped to you.

M. Graham (a great acrylic paint that ranks with Golden as the best) also makes interference mediums but not all stores carry this brand.

You might also try these stores if they are near you: Hobby Lobby, and Michael's Crafts... and on-line there are many suppliers but Pearl out of NYC is really big and sometimes has better deals.
