Poster vs. Finger Paint?

Can they be used interchangeably with a child's finger painting project? Poster paint has the colors I need (I only find finger paint in ROYGBIV) but I need black and white also. Is there any problem using poster paint instead of finger paint? Only real answers please.

If i edit pics on Adobe it will only open the pic with Adobe. But i want the pics to open up with windows how can i do that?

how is that you can go right up to a multi-million dollar original painting in a museum?

we just returned from the NY museum of modern art. i'm fascinated that the public can go right up to some of the most famous paintings in the world with nothing protecting them. i mean, some wacko could easily destroy them if he wanted to. what if some, innocently enough, sneezed on "starry night" by van gogh? it just boggles my mind.

Which of these two cameras is the better choice for taking action shots?

I have a Fujifilm Finepix S3100 and a Nikon S1.

I'm gonna be going to a basketball game tomorrow, and I'm just wondering which of these two would be the better choice for taking action shots?

And also, any tips for taking better action shots?

What are some good approaches to cubism?

I'm working on another mathematical piece, this one a cubism style of Da Vincis "Vitruvian Man" (naked guy in 2 simultaneous positions), but i'm having trouble understanding how to do it. I was thinking something collage-ish with individual flat coloured layers for the shades. I'm not that thrilled with the multiple perspectives though, as it's a little too abstract for me.

Any paintings or basic "tutorial" examples of cubism would help.

Cvs/walgreens photo centers compared to more professional photography companies?

i worked on a few photos through phtoshop and set them as as 8x10s. I took them to cvs not knowin how they would turn out , but when i went to pic them up its was as if it loaded into the computer as a smaller photo such as a 4x6 and they just increased the size because they pictures were blurry. would it be different anywhere else iff i took them or just upladed them from a website such as mpix.com . i use a digital canon rebel

What do you do with your real photos?
I do not want to put them into a book.
Is there a good method of storing them?
Please point me to a product.
Such as a specific box, etc...

If you use a box, do you put the pictures in groups in some kind of envelope?

Oil paintings-when painting oils'acrylics outdoors, how do I avoid smudges when transporting the work home?

Also, how long does it take to dry an oil painting before being able to frame and mount it--are there any special drying devices to be used?
