If i edit pics on Adobe it will only open the pic with Adobe. But i want the pics to open up with windows how can i do that?

Make sure the pictures are saved as jpgs or tiffs and not in Photoshop's native format.

The problem is you have that type of file associate with Adobe. If it's a .psd file, then you can only open it with Adobe. If we're talking about a JPEG, then here is what you do.
In your Windows file browser, right click on the file. In the drop down box, select "Properties". Under the "General" Tab (which is should be at now), click the "Change" button. Select the program you want to use to open your JPEGs.
Now anytime you double click on a JPEG, it will open up with that program.

Just go to were ever the file is saved manually and then double click
