You can buy it off line from Adobe or at the Store or you can be like millions of others who just download it from Limewire. There are computer shows as well where they cut the price in half or give a student discount.

If you need to ask a question like this, I doubt that you need Photoshop which is a very sophisticated program, costing lots of money, and is really designed for professionals. Almost everything an amateur wants to do can be achieved with Photoshop Elements which costs a 5th of the price.

It has to be purchased through Adobe or in your retail stores that sell computer software. You can download a copy at www.adobe.com
It is limited version, but you can try it out!
