he is working on the odd commission here and there, but needs more of a steady job to maintain an income. he is looking for something in a creative environment, or that involves any amount of creativity - even a small amount! he has skills in photoshop, illustrator, and other digital art type software. photography and sculpture are a big part of his work.

I bought a painting, the artist said that it was UNIQUE / ORIGINAL / hand painted and new painting not a print of any kind. Since receiving the picture I have discovered the artist has painted two copies of the same picture and named them the same name. Is this legal? I am concerned on the future value of this painting, would it affect it?

When I challenged the artist I was told "the painting was painted again by because two other customers asked for it. Sometimes we do it if it´s possible. use an idea behind a painting again. But all of his paintings are handmade and therefore that cannot be identical"

I've looked everywhere! The article must be specific to an artist genre social context or something similar but CANT be on instruments, a rewiew, a PUFF piece, or a biography. Any help at all would be wonderful.

I have negatives from a 35mm camera, is there a way that a film developer can transfer these to a computer floppy drive or flash drive. I do not have a scanner so could a film processor do this?

using photoshop. It was quite simple (shadows/highlights and layers to get the black and white. Now my question to you is do you like the photoshoped version. I'm deff going to print it out, i just like hearing other's opinions.

And yes, I took the picture. It's the 101 Ranch in Northern California

Hi everybody, I just need your help. Does anyone know what kind of printers, ink and paper should I get for making my own digital photo lab? I'm a freelance photographer and i want to print and sell photos at the same time. I would like to open a small section of studio so again i need my own printer for developing the photos. Also, I wanted to make calendars and postcards, which i have no idea about kinds of papers i should use. Maybe these printers are expensive, but i dont mind that. If anybody has an advice plz dont hesitate in replying me. Thanx a lot. Bye :)

An internet friend has seen my work and has made his own internet website and has proposed that I submit my work and he would sell it, and I would receive 60% after costs.
I love his enthusiasm and kind heart. I wasn't exprecting it. Of course, I agreed. I need a name for my signature work. His name is Carbon Images. It's very strong, and has meaning: the first way to make copies of images. Interesting. I would love to hear some ideas.

My grandmother did several oil paintings before she died. They are lovely, but only valuable to our family.

The painting is sticky and drippy with smoke residue due to heavy smoking around it. My local art gallery wants almost $200 to clean it!

Is there a home-remedy that I could attempt?
