hi i got a a hpphotosmart m415 camera it takes great shots but when i got them on pc and send the via email my friend get them but to large how can i reduce the size

As you can see there are many software packages you can download, and install. I'd suggest using a free online photo-resizer instead of downloading software (which could be risky on the web). I would try:

Assuming you're using XP you can get a "power toy" from microsoft at the following address that will allow you to Right click when your mouse is on the picture and you can then choose a smaller size.

Your camera came with a program for editing your photos. Use that. Find a command on the EDIT menu (usually) for RESIZE or RESAMPLE.

As you have a HP camera , i would recomend downloading/installing the HP Photosmart software. It allows you do lots more than just resize the image. there are also tools to help romve red eye etc.

If you have microsoft photo editor,you can do it in there.Click on image & resize. If you don't,try download it.

hi, I had the same problem, tell your friend to save the picture to ''my pictures'' on their computer and then they can open it using ''windows picture and fax viewer'' or a similar programme ( right click it, then click open and it with give you the option to choose a suitable programme.) once opened they will be able to re-size the pic.
