Yes, it does - I think they go together well and the lilac stops it from being too 'girly', but still nice for a bedroom. Mind you, I suppose it does depend on the shade of pink!

Very much so as my first lipstick was lilac and it went very well with my pink cheeks, I was the apple of my dads eye some 40years ago. Hope you have many relaxing dreams in what sounds to be a cool room.

If you want a very very girlie look. Just be careful that you get the right pink, needs to be a purply pink, not salmon.
Then maybe add some stronger splashes of colour with cushions.

it goes lovely, my 5 year old daughter has a lilac and pink bedroom it goes lovely, she also has silver stensils, its gorgeous and very girly, for any age.

Of course it does,my daughter has her room in them colours. It looks better though if you have lilac walls and use pink accessories, ie: bedding, curtains,cushions,lightshades etc.

If you break it up with a nice light brown on one wall or even a 'mokka' it would be more contemporary and groovy.
