I want to do a very detailed in depth picture. There's going to be some human and landscape in it. I want color for sure...

but... I usually use graphite for realistic drawings and oil pastel/water color for more gutsy creations... I want it to be gusty and realistic! I know I can probably pull it off.. but what should I use...? colored pencil? oil pastel? acryic? some sort of print making technique.. lol I can do it all.. I'm just not sure what... I'm not all to good with doing detail with paint.. but should I try it anyway?

I enjoy photographing old broken down automobiles and trucks as subjects. There is a house that has an old Ford truck parked in an open door shed behind the main house. Could the owner press charges if I walk on his property to take the shot? I thought about using a zoom lens, but I don't think I can get close enough.

Art is the result of the language of the artist. The audience to appreciate it cannot look for what "they relate too" since a true artist cannot be speaking your language only their own. If you choose to view art you need to open your mind to what the artist is trying to say, and sometimes (especially if the artist is successful), it is difficult since they are using images in a new way to make a new statement (but without words).

Was he in it for the art or for the money? Or did he end up making lots of money, but was all about the art?

I've used various types of watercolors, both pan and tubes. I actually prefer pans and usually use winsor-newton but I'm curious as to how other people feel.

I am considering trying to become a photographer of some sort for a job but have no idea how to go about it.
I'm not sure if my photos are even good enough to be considered to be used for anything. If there's anyone out there who would care to look and give me feedback and/or advice, i'd be greatful!

I need to know what the BEST free photo editing program is that I can download. I have Picasa but it just doesn't do much for me. You can only adjust lighting, crop, etc. on it. Pretty much just basic stuff. Is there any photo editing program out there that has all the tools and things for free? What would you say is the BEST photo editing program out there? Keep in mind--it has to be something I can download *legally* for free. Thanks!

I have some sculpy clay and I was wondering what I could make with it. I have a whole box of it so it should go a long way. It's plain white and I'm planning on adding color later. What could I make?
