Well the opposite color of blue on the color spectrum is Orange, you could use that with designs or just a shirt against pants (like an orange shirt against blue blue jeans) would work. Also any shade of cool colors would work too (purple, greens, and blues are considered cool colors). It depends on how you're going to use it, what textures are being used with it, and why (the reason your using these colors). White to black works with any color (that includes grays).

Black, white, beige, tan. Any neutral color. If you want to mix other colors besides neutrals, make sure the blue is a pattern that has that other color in it. If you have a blue and green striped shirt, you can wear green pants or a green skirt with the shirt.

Anything goes with blue....I personally love blue and brown together!!! There used to be a "rule of thumb" that stated you can't mix blue and black together, but that is no longer true!! Black is a complementary color which means it will work with anything!!

If it's light blue, light yellow looks good. A nice royal blue looks good with a nice lime green. Blue and purple always looks good together. And baby blue looks good with baby pink of course. Then blue looks good with chocoalte brown, but only if you have a teal-ish kind of color of blue. Blue also looks good with grey too. That's pretty much it. But you can never EVER EVER NEVER put it with red, cuz that makes the Cubs, yuck.

Depends on the blue, but, White and black, of course. Yellow is my favorite. Some shades of purple. Well, ya know, almost any thing except brown.
