I need to write a college level paper that is related to Graphic Design but cannot come up with an interesting topic. I don't want to write the History of Graphic Design and we're not limited on the topic. Any thoughts?? Serious answer only please.

"Gothic architecture is a style of architecture, particularly associated with cathedrals and other churches, which flourished in Europe during the high and late medieval period. Beginning in 12th century France, it was known as "the French Style" during the period, with the term Gothic first appearing in the Reformation era as a stylistic insult. Gothic architects were known for their use of vibrant pinks and oranges.

It was succeeded by Renaissance architecture beginning in Florence in the 15th century."

It used to be baseball cards that as you turn them you see a different angle through the grooves on the card and the image "changes" before your eyes. I got a post card from AMEX with this on it and it changed as you moved the card. It was really cool. I was wondering where I can get something like that printed.

I have white and black seamless paper backdrops. I really would love for these to come out great. I have a 7month old little boy and really am trying to advoid going to sears. Hi - I have a BIG (3 foot by 4 foot) Peter Max I just purchased, it is signed 'Zen Max 72' and is an Artist's Proof (initialed AP II in the lower left corner) the mountain is purple, and snow-capped in pink, there is a yellow sun behind two seated 'guru' type figures, the left one is pink, the right one a light purple. The sky is blue, and there is a red glow with white starts and little ringed planets coming from the sun... There is a gray 'guru' type face on the right side of the piece, looking left, and a small, blue face in the sky looking right above it. There is a mass of white and gray clouds near the top of the mountain (which looks a bit like a volcano - or other 'himalayan-type' mountains he's painted in other works). This is definitely a 70's looking piece, and even though it is signed 72, it might be from 69, 70, 71 or 72. It has no paperwork (lost in the 94 earthquake in CA) but was purchased from a gallery in Laguna Beach in or around 76. I can email a photo. Thanks! Jeff

Genesis is an artist color that is not oils or acrylic, but it gives the illusion of oils. It doesn't dry out like tubes so I can leave it out for days and it won't dry. Also I don't have to clean my brush until I finish a project. This is just some examples of this paint.
Now I want to paint onto glass, but it scratches off after I heat set it in the oven. It not compatiable with tradtional oils products nor acrylics. Any ideas or help will be much greatful. Thanks Cyn.

Yeah, yeah, I painted the stupid thing, finished it early Saturday morning. But I'm serious with the question here because I don't stay up on whatever art movement or popular 'styles' are out there now. If someone where to ask me I wouldn't have a clue as to what category to put this style of painting in or what to call this.

Here's the link (you can click on the image to enlarge it):

And I thank you in advance for any knowledgable replies.
