Hey Nazanin,

Open the bitmap in Photoed.exe, provide with windows. Save the jpg file. Use size/resize option.

or

Use Adobe photoshop to open the bitmap. Same thing, sava as .jpg. You will have to play with the resize options to get the dpi you want - there may even be a dpi switch in measures instead of inches.

Photoed.exe has pixels as a measure and inches.
