I have a1976 painting by a T Ballinger do you know who he/she is?

There was a fairly well known American artist named Harry Ballinger. Are you sure the 'T' is a 'T' in the signature? Could it perhaps be an 'H' instead?

I did several searches and found no listing for a T. Ballinger. That doesn't mean there isn't some painter by that name. It simply means that an artist named T Ballinger hasn't created enough of a following or gotten enough attention to be listed on-line for his/her art.
