Hey Northstar,

I have a bar-b-que brush that has rubber strands for basting meat. I did not find anything online like what you are asking about. Except in Adobe picture software.

I have heard of people making their own rubber band brush similar to what you are referring to. Just bundle some rubber bands together with another one at the top to secure them, and then cut the "loop" ends so they are two strands. You then pounce it to create great texture and foliage.
