I'm a independent Photographer and I couldn't find a very good way to market my photography online (other than as stock) But with stock you lose soooo much money. I'm now looking into designing some tools photographers can use to help market their work. Bringing customers to photographers, proofing tools online and etc. Just want to know how much interest there is and see if anyone has some ideas to help. It's all about Photographers helping photographers. Thanks in advance.

I stay at home with my children. I would love to do some freelance tattoo design for a tattoo company from my home and earn some income on used designs, but I haven't a clue as how to go about this. I love to draw, and I would love to learn how to tattoo, but my kids are just too young right now to leave home to go to school or intern. Any advise would be so helpful! Thanks!!!

It just occured to me really. Of all the classic painters of history, who was really being the most twisted but without being overtly fantastical (Bosch etc) or just plain weird. Does that make sense?

I am an artist (and former sign painter) and people ask me to paint on many things...saw blades, old milk cans, gourds, light bulbs, wagons, walls, doors, mirrors, hands, arms, faces. What about you???

I am going to start a photo class in college and right now I can't afford a dSLR, but someday I am going to buy one, but I want to start out with a really cheap 35mm SLR camer just to get use to a SLR period. I love photography and I want to make it a profession one day. Here is the link to the camera I was looking at, please let me know what you think and any other advise would be great. Thanks

It's an old cinematography exposure meter I found. I figured out most of the features, except the inner circle, which has an "H" and an "L". Also, what does the slider do?

I have been drawing for 6 years now and my drawings started improving and improving, I even done my first portrait of someones granddaughter in pencil and added a little charcoal and sold it! I didn't set a price because I just do it because I love it. I love drawing pictures for others and just giving it to them. would love to be an illistrater for children's books. I have even wrote a book (childrens) inspired by my sister that got killed in a wreck, dedicated to her daughter, in the book they are frogs talking to each other. But now for some reason if I sit down to draw something, it just does not turn out right , I haven't been able to draw for 6 months now. I look at my drawings and think "how did I do that?" I can't even think of anything that I have been inspired to draw. Has anyone experienced this and how did they over come it? I have drew pictures of other people but I can never draw my self, it doesn't look right. Any answers will be great!

I took a really cool photo of a Frank Loyd Wright Stained Glass work with the background of the ceiling and rays of sunlight comming through. If I want to sell prints of it do you think I should get permission from the Chicago Art Institute?
