A little while ago, I was in a park with a girl, and she said that my face was 'like a postmodern representation of masculinity.'

I'm fairly sure she likes me, but that comment has me totally confused. I know that postmodernism is all about there being no absolute truths, so she could be saying that my face is a mess. Or she could be saying that she's attracted to me in a roundabout way...

How would you interperet it?

Tell your happiest, grandest memories in life. Tell how it makes you feel about life.

My examples.
- I really cant remember any besides fake ones, up to my junoir year in highschool.
- that year, I met my best friends, through my absolutely best friend: the girl I love.
- having friends that for the first time in my life, werent being friends to use me in some way
- finding a guy that for the first time, was my best guy friend. It is hard for me to get along with most guys so I am really glade to have someone who would be there if I needed him to be.
- Taking out my grilfriend and falling in love for the first time even though I have had other girlfriends.
- everything that has happened with my girlfriend.
- My prom dinner with my best friends.
- finding out that another girl I love will still value me as one of her best of friends, even though she wont date me or love me due to what has happened in her past.

What has been the worst things that have happened to you in life. If you can tell how it makes you feel about life.

My examples
- Been raped
- beaten up for elementry school
- been dealing with humans. Meaning people who will stomp on you no matter how nice you are to them or how much you try hard at life.
- Losing my uncle and then his wife practically steals everything of his that was supposed to go to other family members.
- another uncle wasting his money away (even some he borrowed from my grandparents) when he was supposed to take care of his wife and children.
- a blood father that did nothing but hurt my mother, till she left after I was born. And she still had to pay his debts.
-realised that most of the girls in my life have gone through sexual malestation or rape. Including one that I love, who only wants to be friends. Which I am willing to be but sad that I cannot be more.
- not having a job for half a year just because no one wants a new guy or to train him.
- no $ left

Do we put down earthly pleasures too much? Isn't it good that we have them?

I have been trying to figure life out as of late. At my age of 19 I'm already very tired. Yet when I dream I still dream of life. I am not sure how to describe my thoughts but
- humanity isnt as great as people make it to be. Personally, I hate humans, but love certain people.
- everything in life is always attained through struggle, even struggle itself.
- even those who seem happy have probably gone through hard times,
- no one can be trusted till they can prove they can be. And even then they can betray you.
- In 100 years no one will weep for us, no matter how famous we are.
- happiness comes often and is a blessing because it helps us forget. It should be cherished.
- no matter who you are, what age you are, where you are, the worst of life and best of it will hit you. More often it is the worst.

I have compiled these as my theory on life. Even as a child I was hit with some of the worst of life, and chose to forget, till recently.
I have not yet met a sane person, nor ever will

My bf wrote this poem about me ... he is a pseudointellectual...can anyone give me their thoughts on this?

and what in Gods name is a risper??????????????? I already have confirmation that I am "the beast" .... anymore details will help

Talon!, oh pain, oh oh pain,
What majesty! and now that lost frame
Travesty! a lost hook, my new book
refrain refrain refrain
Time Time Sweet sublime and then again,
Time
Rispers and whispers,
Antic,
panic, panic,
Escape from solace how so frantic,
Short short night, welcome oh that sweet sweet oblivione,
Hawks are screaming, wasting blue light, quite quite rantic,
Passion, last night, was indeed the beast that stayed stayed home
And love, my love, oh how my love?
My love was the posie, the posie trapped in stone.

In your own opinion, that is.

I'd presume Capitalism, only because of the competiveness which seems a more likely setting for the "rearing of a Superman." Of course, I haven't quite grasped Nietzsche all the way.
