first, they say that God can DO ANYTHING (i.e. make things disappear, make me tall, short, etc.)

second, they say that God can CREATE ANYTHING he desires (i.e., earth, human, stars)



so, can He create a rock that He cannot carry?

He's not an illegal person, but he's not quite a US citizen yet, which takes a long time. He will also have to travel roughly 1500 to get it taken care of since he started it in that particular state. He's not even pulling his "own weight" although he's busting his *** and trying very hard. Should I get own with my life or be patient with him?

you fell in love with and slept with your church brother? I'm in that situation now and we are trying to stop but the chemistry is unbelievable between us.. We both love God very much and we know that we need to "get it together". I don't think he is ready for marriage and in someways I'm not either due to other outside factors in both our lives. yes we do see each other as a potential spouse and we have a great relationship outside of sex.. we can talk and relate to almost anything... we make each other laugh and we have a great deal in common.. however we want to do things the right way and are trying but its difficult. if you were in a similar situation before how did things turn out?

In my humble opinion I think that science is merely a social construct theory, in that it is created by humans in our attempts to understand the meaning of life.

Science relys so much on theory and is NOT based in fact, nor does it explain what the 'truth' really is. It could be said that Science is just another branch of philosophy...

Everything you do has a selfish intent, whether you consciously realize it or not. For example, if you do good toward others, it's because you could feel good yourself (or at least not feel guilty). So, what could you do that is a COMPLETELY selfless act?
