something like donating your organs or blood to somebody who is often ill and in deperarate need of them. by doing this, not only are you offering them life but you are also being selfless, considerate and caring- not selfish. and that's selfless in itself surely

I did not realize it that way. Viewing things as you put it is difficult to think in a single act as unselfish.
As someone told you above, Natural Death (because someone that suicides is thinking in his good) is the only mandatory act that does not obey one's will.
