I don't know that some water is wetter than others but I know some is heavier. (deuterium oxide) or heavy water is composed of 2 deutrium atoms and 1 oxygen atom. Most natural sources contains 0.015 % of deuterium oxide. It's mainly used for moderator in nuclear power plants slowing down the fast neutrons so that they can react with the fuel in the reactor.It's also used in research as an isotopic tracer for chemical reactions and biochemical pathways

Cold water is wetter than hot water because hot water evapourates faster.

Depends on the purity, and the types of impurities in the water. A little oil for instance dissolved in water makes it less "wet"

in its frozen state. some ice cubes are more likely to melt faster in a different shape. some will take longer to melt, because of the volume and size.
