Why would "bad people" go to hell. Isn't there a great war supposed to happen and wouldn't Satan want people "He" could trust fighting for him. Not a bunch of slaves that he has tourtered and burned for millions of years?

Where ever there is a path, there is a better way.

since all things are relative...

how could "heaven" be all angels and glory...eventually we would become bored with perfect because we would have no real thing to compare it to...

if you were happy "all the time" you wouldn't know it?

What are your ideas of "heaven" do you think it is more a state of mind? or do you think it is an actual place with angels and wings and pearly gates?

and if so... again.. what would be the point or purpose in being happy for all eternity? With nothing to make happy relative.. wouldn't it just become... boring?

what do YOU think? oh and please... religious zealots, answer elsewhere.. this is more of a philosophy question so save your PREACHING for church.

Amen

We have more knowledge than human beings from a hundred years ago, but we seem to be replacing some of our knowledge with technology. Which way are we going?

Is life fair? It's a simple, almost childish question, but I think the way we answer it says something very profound about how we see the world. Some people say that life is obviously unfair because we are all born into a different lot in life, some more fortunate than others, and we are subjected to many forces outside of our control. But there's another train of thought that looks at the big picture, beyond your own life, and thinks that fortune and misfortune, survival and death all balance out, which enables life and nature to sustain itself. There are different ways to think about it. What do you think? From where you sit, is life fair?
