I believe that individuals should be able to decide whether they use drugs or not. It seems like marijuana is safer that alcohol and tobacco!?!?

Well, if you’re asking about legalized marijuana, here in California I live across the street from a "cannabis clinic" that was eventually shut down by the State. And I would see the so-called "patients" come, and the "patients" go. Never was there a "patient" arriving in a wheel chair, wobbling on crutches, bandaged and in severe pain, driven to the facility by a more able person, or assisted by a care-giver. About 99.9% of all the "patients" were "healthy" YOUNG strapping men and women who sometimes RAN across the street as healthy as can be. They did not look like they were in horrible and debilitating pain. They ALWAYS looked suspicious, nervously looking over their shoulder right before they entered the so-called "clinic". It was extremely clear to me that the whole operation was being grossly abused. My guess was correct, because it flat out closed.

The argument regarding marijuana is a total joke. It should definitely be legal (with age limits, of course). I mean, seriously, when was the last time you heard of someone robbing a liquor store to get money for their next joint? Or someone one getting violent at all after smoking a joint? I really believe that most adults would get high now and then just to relax, if they could do so legally. Most do anyway. Having said that, teenagers should NOT get high......teenagers generally are still learning about life, sometimes don't make good judgements when they are cold sober.

Keep it legal? Try getting it legal first! It often is associated with other drugs unfortunately a lot of people who smoke and do other drugs give it a bad rep. Fight against hard drugs, discourage its existance, and we may someday have a fighting chance. Also you must support MPP.org. Because they know thier stuff.

I think it should be legalized. Its not like it causes any more deaths or dependency than cigarettes and alcohol, yet those seem to be praised in our media. Its sad to say but I know more people who have smoked pot than havent... the government might as well tax us while we're at it, right?

Just like an ******, everybody has an opinion. Philosophically- marijuana has certain merits.
"I have never seen two people on pot get in a fight because it is Freakin' IMPOSSIBLE. "Hey, buddy!" "Hey, what?" "Ummmmmmm...." End of argument.” ~ Bill Hicks, American Comedian b.1961

I think it should be legalized but with regulations. You go to special stores where you can buy your pot but only the amount that you plan on smoking at that time. Then you go to a recovery room(yes there will be food) so you can sober up.
