If life embodies all sorts of opposites that are considered neutral (hot/cold, light/dark, masculine/feminine), then why are things supposed to be only good but not bad, and only loving but not hateful? Didn't the creative force make all of these things? I'm not saying I agree, it's just something that I wonder about and would like some input. I'd like more philosophical than religious answers.

If you constantly contemplate on God, you can forget your sorrows and difficulties and experience divine bliss. Since ancient times, devotees have experienced bliss by constant contemplation on God and shared their experiences with the world.

This should be True, right ?

which is most imp.to be able to "know" something??
Some experts (athletes, dancers, musicians, visual arts, cabinet makers, lab technicians, mechanics, surgeons, .etc.) may have acquired knowledge that is difficult to describe in words. Does this mean that other Ways of Knowing (i.e. reason, emotion and perception) play a more important role than language in knowing how to do something?

One day, Suguna went to Yashoda's house and was lighting her lamp from that kept in front of their house. Suddenly, she could visualise Krishna in that flame. She lost her bodily consciousness in that divine experience and put her fingers into the burning flame. Her fingers were getting burnt, but she had no body consciousness at all!

Meanwhile, Yashoda came out, smelling the burning finger. Immediately, she pulled out the hand of Suguna from the lamp and asked, "What is the matter with you girl? Are you asleep? Your fingers are burnt badly. Don't you realise? Don't you feel the pain?"

Suguna then came to her senses and replied, "Mother! Lord Krishna gave me His darshan in that flame. I lost my body consciousness on seeing Him."

The other gopis heard her explanation. They were very happy to know about Saguna's divine experience. They went round the village singing and dancing:

Was this the State of Gopis in Vrindavan, devoid of Physical Pain?

I assume most people will say legs cause that seems obvious, but surely the person could grab the persons leg break the ankle or somethin and then their done for. just consider that.
If not dealt with i will have to find someone with no arms and someone with no legs and force them to fight, so that finally this problem can be sorted. I mean all that money going into research of black matter, but whos worrying about the real questions. Thats what i'm here for. So what do you think?
P.s i think the guy with the arms would win, for reasons explained earlier.

For death is certain for one that is born and birth is certain for one that dies. Therefore, you should not grieve for that which is inevitable.

Whatever is born dies and whatever dies comes to life; thus this wheel of life revolves continually. Just as the sun-rises and sets without interruption, so birth and death are difficult to avoid (155-160). All the three worlds perish at the time of dissolution, and therefore, origination and end are inevitable. If you accept this, why do you lament? Since you know it, why don't you grasp it fully? If you look at it from any angle, you will realise that there is no cause for grief.

To be labelled a "work of Art", a painting, sculpture or other art form should display certain qualities that are unique. However, over the past century there has been a decline in the quality of prize-winning artwork and it is now possible for quite ordinary pieces of art to be labelled "masterpieces" whilst true works of art pass unnoticed. Do you agree or disagree? Give me you reasons. Thanks.

I was wondering why some people think they have the RIGHT to judge others?
(I must say, sometimes I judge other people, too- and I am NOT proud of that fact). (ALSO- I KNOW "we are all human", but that seems like more of an excuse than a reason.)
