Philosophy - August 2006

Does anyone else think that it is very arrogant of we humans to believe that in all of this great , vast and never ending universe, that we, here on this tiny little speck of dust, are the only intelligent beings? I believe that there are worlds that have been civilized for many thousands of years or hundreds of thousands of years longer than ours. I shudder to think of how advanced their technology is compared to ours.

Okay thiking gay people are evil is STUPID. Im a guy and im gay. Wow the name I used is because I never give out personal info no other reason.

I am not interested in any traditional Christian response from Holiness, Methodist, Baptist, Catholic, etc. Please respect my wishes. I am looking for an Esoteric or Occult perspective. I believe in being responsible for your own actions but I also believe in spiritual intervention and influence. I found out that someone had put a spell on me about 7 years ago but I was told that it would wear off by a supposed expert. Can anyone explain this continuum of "bad luck"?
