There is something that is nothing, but it has a name. It joins our walks; it joins our talks; it plays in every game. What is it?

what it means is that the age old theory of mind over matter has recently been proven through scientific research in quantum physics laboratories. But if any of you knew physics as well as you think you know philosophy, you'd know that the greatest minds of our time never refuted the notions of mind over matter but actually supported them. People such as Albert Einstein, Neils Bohr, Sir Arthur Eddington, Nikola Tesla, and one of my personal favorites Wolfgang Pauli. These and other great men all knew intuitively that this reality in which we exist bends more to our will than we could possibly imagine with our limited knowledge and capacity for comprehension. So if you're arguing this fact you can be nothing other than a secular, existential atheist with no real evidence to back up your skepticism. Whereas I could show libraries of proof, if needs be.

This means that perception is pre-reality, pre-fabrication. This means awareness IS and reality is made.
wrap your head around that one.

If a person tries to be a non-conformist, they will do everything in order not to conform. But, doesn't that mean they're just conforming to non-conformity?

He sure has influenced me over the years... especially The Birth of Tragedy, where he explores aesthetics in terms of the balancing and/or contrasting of the Apollonian and Dionysian tendencies.
You can see my work at 3w's catherinerogersjonsson and the usual dot com.
I guess we can't put real links in anymore... anyway...
I think I'm more sided with the Dionysian...

In his theory of evolution, Darwing descended to the level of a fairy tale teller. Can anybody articulate Darwin's fundamental error?

If you are a rabid polemicist, please proceed to the next question. If you are rabid creationist, please proceed to the next question. If you are halfway logical and remotely curious, please play my game.

Notice, I did not say, if you are a creationist, but if you are a rabid creationist. If you give me a sixty page diatribe about creationism, then you are a rabid creationist.
