Is a solder/patriot who wil kill any one he is ordered to a mindless unthinking machine an amoral human?

solders patriots who will kill any one they are odered to- such as children mothers civilans their own people their own countrymen/women if the goverment defines them as enemy etc are they unthinking mindless amoral humans who are infact very dangerous because they will do anything they are told. If so why are solders patriots held in such high esteem if they lack all human qualities

A soldier is in a way brainwashed into thinking that what he is doing is good for his unit, and for his country. You must realise these are like youngsters who are frightened and really new to any sort of conflict. They proberbly never seen more action then when they played Duke Nukem at home.

In this respect they see all persons outside their plane of thinking as hostile whether it be male, female, or children. It can be thus conceived that it is not the soldiers fault but that of their superiors who have ordered such an act of aggression.

Their actions however should be held for trial and the reallity of the situation should be reviewed, because as we know there are phycos out there who kill just for the fun of it...

I spent 20 years in the armed forces from late Nam era through Desert Storm, and I never met a person such as you describe. It was established at Andersonville, again at Nuremberg, and again at the Calley trial that a soldier is answerable above all to his own conscience. If an officer had ordered me to shoot civilian women and children I'd have shot the officer, and I told my superiors that, as did many others. Anyone who would obey such an order is a war criminal not a Patriot, and should be tried and punished as such.

Human qualities are not held in high esteem in the general society.

In the USA, soldiers take an oath to defend a document that they neither know or understand. The same can be said for most of the US citizens.

The citizens most knowledgeable of the constitution of the US, are those who have studied it, this includes lawyers, judges, and political scientist. These citizens do not the volunteer as soldiers. Perhaps they know that this service is a form of slavery. There are 2 instances when a Human is property in the USA,

1. A convicted criminal incarcerated by local, state or
federal authority
2. A soldier is "GI," government issue. He can face the court
martial for injuring himself & charged with damaging
government property.
When a Human is the property of another, he is a slave.

Patriotism like religionsm is reduced to sloganism to an unthinking public by confidence (con) men. It is a tool of control.

Killing ones own countymen only happens in Bejing, China. Never would this occur at Kent State, Jackson State, or Waco Texas.

Soldiers are poorly paid mercenaries, "hit men," hired to enforce the agenda of pirates. The history of Hawai, Native Americans, African Americans, just to name a few reveals much about soldiers. For example, Buffulo Soldiers, African American soldiers, helped to steal the Native American lands, just following orders, doing their job. Union soldiers participated in the hanging execution of freedom fighter John Brown and in the stealing of lands from Native Americans some of whom we call Mexicans today.

Amoral non-thinking mentality is not limited to military it is also in the fabric of the American corporations & workplaces, in its schools, in its society at large. The same type of mentality that would murder Private Slovic, M.L. King, Malcolm X, or Branch Dividians; could murder Jesus.

Mindless, unthinking, amoral Humans are readily controlled. They are enslaved to the familiarity of non-thinking. Accountablity is not a prerequiste for these Humans, because the buck passing and red tape of "I was just doing my job," "I was just following orders," easily removes the responsibility for the actions. Are we not men, we are Devo, the de-evolution of Being Human Beings.

Remember that amoral non-thinking Humans are present in every ethnic culture, socio-economic classification, and vocation. Physicians have performed acts of torture just as police, prison guards, and clergymen.

The final approval of the Declaration of Independence had a paragraph deleted from its original to insure perpetual slavery of a a group of Humans to the financial benefit of another group. They knew if the paragraph was left in the document, that the question of their practice of slavery would come to light revealing their true motives and expose them for their wretched agenda.

Free-thinking is not encouraged in a society that intends to enslaves the masses. Soldiers might indeed someday become Borg.
