When I reach for high notes I start singing all nasally. I know I need to let it resonate through my chest and mouth, and to breathe from the diaphram...but I have trouble doing that. Can someone explain it better, or offer tips?

I mean, I'm not a great singer, but I enjoy it, and sometimes I want to sing for a long time, and I've found that my throat gets sore after a while- is there a way to build stamina for the throat, or do I have to accept what I was born with?

i love to act and i've told my mom i want to get into acting classes and such but she won't listen to me!! there was an audition for a disney channel show last weekend and i told my mom that i wanted to go tryout but she said maybe someother time. i've even asked my mom if i could stay after school to tryout for our school play but she won't let me! i don't know what to do.

Im about to take up piano lessons, how long will it take for me till im able to play (almost professionally) ?
what about the guitar? ive been trying to learn out of a 'guitar for dummies' self-help book, but its kinda difficult to understand.

I want to be able to sing vibrato, but I just can't. I don't want to take any lessons though. I'm 13 years old. Does my singing voice have to mature a little, or can I learn right now?
And does anyone ever think about the fact that Lebo M's voice doesn't have any vibrato in it? That's weird.
