Any string, keyboard or percussion instrument. Any instrument that doesn't employ the use of your mouth like woodwind or brass instruments. There are many exceptions to that though. Many musicians sang and played but couldn't do both at the same time. Louis Armstrong comes to mind.

you could sing and play a guitar or a bass. if you are good enough, maybe sing and play the drums.

Guitar, Drums, Bass, Piano, mandolin, banjo......basically anything that does not employ your mouth in its playing.
