Why is congress discussing this, and why is it important? Why would someone be apposed to classifying it as genocide? What (diplomatic) consequences does this action have? What's the whole deal with this? Does changing the classification change something?

well i was metal dectecting after a hurricane near a spanish galleon fleet shipwreck hopeing to find something, but i ended up finding a piece of ship or at least i think it is. it is lead looking rectangle brick with loops for ropes. an seams to be made from lead type metal. it looks really old, an i think it might be part of the ship, but what do i do with it
