The Celts and the Visigoths were both nations that brought Rome to its knees. If either peoples had stayed in Rome, the Roman empire would have colapsed and there would undoubtably have been a magor shift in the course of history, for example the celtic language may have become the dominant language of today.

But my main question is would we have ever heard of christianity?

My last point is, if you want to answer this question from a religious perspective, lets have some historical facts and a lot more detail and not some fantasy answer such as Gods word will prevail.

My friend just bought a house that she plans on renovating. It is a pretty big house (4 bedrooms, 2 bath) that was built in the late19th century and she told me that the realator told her that the house and all of the other houses on the street were the houses of people who worked on the railroad. There was actually a railroad right in front of the house but it is now a trail for biking/walking/blading etc. Three of the bedrooms are small but the realator said that at the time it was built those bedrooms and closets would have been considered fairly large. I guess they would have been because during that time people didn't have all of the "stuff" that we have today. Things were more simple. It just got me wondering about different architectural designs over the past few hundred years. Why did a lot of kitchens have pantrys, what were those little windows on top of doors for etc. I think I learned a lot of this in school but I either wasn't interested or I just don't remember.

King Tut's (1333BC -1324BC) body was covered with an elaborate death mask. The only facts I can find online about this mask is that it was mostly gold, but no details are give. Things like what each of the rows of what look like gems on his neck are made of.

I don't mean to offend, but I want to know what people think.
I am studying the civil rights movement, and I want to know why there are a number of young black people that intentionally set themselves apart from the mainstream by wearing "grillz", sagging their pants, etc. I understand that people come from different cultures, but to give one's self an obvious disadvantage BY CHOICE seems to be disrespectful of the people that fought and died during the civil rights movement. These people faced unimaginable hardship, injury, loss of life, etc, all in the name of equality. Why do people set themselves up for failure, and then get angry and call others racist, when they are so obviously trying to be so different?

I think it was Franklin Benjamin Gowen a draft dodger by paying the $300.00 to stay out of the Civil War that prosecuted the Molly Maguirers and was a former D.A. but not a current D.A. but rather a mine owner that wanted The Molly Maguirers to hang!
I think there was a Pinkerton Detective who found no evidence of The Molly Maguirers so another Pinkerton Detective was sent.
