Land-use and water-use rights are under the sole authority of the State of Texas. The national government can’t condemn land under imminent domain, like they can in other states. Texas even has an Army (I’m not talking about the National Guard) and they can even have a Navy if they want. Why?

I have a pocket watch that was given to me that I cannot identify. It is an antique etched pocket watch with a shaded area surrounding the bold numbers. At the bottom of the time-piece, the second hand dial is covering the 6 completely and chopping off a piece of the 5 and 7. The back of the watch is worn, but has an engraving of lines and a pattern that looks sort of like a mirror. There is no writing on the watch other than the numbers. Could someone please let me know a little about this watch!!!! Thanks!
